REFUND POLICY
ALL CAMPS:
Full payment is required at time of registration. Cancellation requests received via email at least 30 days prior to camp start date, will be refunded, less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date will not be refunded. No shows will also not be refunded. If a player becomes sick or injured at or before camp, 50% of the unused portion of the clinic tuition will be returned in a letter of credit (voucher) for a future camp. A Doctors note is required. Chris Dyment Hockey can not provide refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen acts of God, including facility damage/closing complications or weather/COVID-19 related rink/facility cancellations and closures. If Chris Dyment Hockey cancels for any other reason not specified above we will offer you a refund. Chris Dyment Hockey reserves the right to cancel or change clinics, dates, times or locations.

MAKEUPS / PRO-RATE
There is no availability for makeups nor will we pro-rate for missed sessions during the February camp. For summer camps only, makeups for missed sessions due to illness/vacation can be made up during another session if available. Please email erica@chrisdymenthockey.com for makeups. We do not prorate for missed sessions. We strive to keep our instructor to skater ratio low, so there are only so many "slots" allotted for each camp.
JERSEYS
Jerseys are ordered for summer camps only and are based on the size selected during registration. Please be sure to enter the correct size. We cannot guarantee another jersey size if it does not fit. Any registrations that come through after 5/15 are not guaranteed a jersey. Please be prepared to bring your own to camp
